How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Ping-Click mobile app:

1. Open the app and go to Profile
2. Tap Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm by typing "DELETE" and tap the confirmation button

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your profile information (name, email)
• All your QR codes and their settings
• Notification history (pings, likes, thanks)
• Registered devices and push tokens
• App settings and preferences

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed immediately. All your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. During this period, the data is not accessible and cannot be recovered.
