By accessing or using Ping-Click ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Service Description

Ping-Click is an instant notification service via QR codes. The service allows users to:

• Send and receive push notifications by scanning QR codes (ping, like, thanks)
• Create and manage QR codes through the mobile application
• View real-time activity and statistics for their QR codes

User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and authorized devices
• All activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service in a lawful and respectful manner. The following activities are prohibited:

• Sending spam, abusive, or harassing notifications through QR codes
• Attempting to manipulate or falsify notification counts (likes, thanks)
• Using the service to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the service infrastructure

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Ping-Click are the property of the service and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the service without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Temporary interruptions or unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues
• Loss of data resulting from device failures, network issues, or force majeure events
• Actions of third parties, including but not limited to push notification delivery failures by APNs or FCM

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through the mobile application settings.
