Ping-Click

QR Codes for Events and Exhibitions

Let attendees ping your stand, like a session, or send thanks to staff, straight to your phone, in real time.

Give your event a one-tap way to get noticed

At a trade show, conference, or festival, attendees often want to flag a stand, cheer for a performance, or get a staff member's attention, but there's rarely an easy way to do it without interrupting someone or waiting in a line. A Ping-Click code on a booth sign, stage backdrop, or staff badge gives them a one-tap way to send that signal instantly.

Set up a separate code for each booth, act, or team member so you always know exactly who or what got pinged. Scanning takes a phone camera and a tap, nothing to download or sign up for on the attendee's side. You, as the code owner, use the free Ping-Click app to receive the alerts on your device as they happen.

Know which stand or act got the love

Every code you create is separate, so when a Ping, Like, or Thanks comes in you know exactly which booth, session, or staff member it was for.

No app or queue for attendees

Attendees just point their phone camera at the code and tap. There's nothing to install or sign up for, so it doesn't slow anyone down between sessions.

Alerts land the moment someone taps

Pings, Likes, and Thanks push straight to your linked device in real time, so a busy stand or a session that's going well doesn't go unnoticed.

Couldn't be simpler

  1. Create a free Ping-Click code for each booth, stage, or staff member in the app.
  2. Print the QR code onto your stand signage, program guide, staff badge, or backdrop where attendees can see it.
  3. Receive a real-time push notification on your linked device the moment someone scans and taps to send a Ping, Like, or Thanks.

FAQ

No. They open their phone camera, scan the code, and tap to send a Ping, Like, or Thanks. Only you, as the code owner, need the Ping-Click app to receive the alerts.

You can create as many codes as you need, one per booth, stage, or staff member, and each is tracked separately. That way a Ping from Hall B tells you it came from Hall B, not the main stage.

Creating and using Ping-Click codes is free. All you need is a phone to set up the codes and another to receive the pings on.
