Ping-Click

A QR code that pings your front desk the moment someone arrives

No buzzer, no phone call, no waiting at an empty desk. Visitors and staff scan the code with their phone camera and tap - you get a push notification on the device linked to that code.

Give your front desk a way to be reached

A visitor walks into your lobby and there's no one at the desk yet, or your receptionist has just stepped away. Instead of ringing a bell or calling an extension, they scan a Ping-Click code you've placed at the desk and tap Ping. The person who owns that code gets a push notification right away, on their phone, wherever they are in the building.

The same setup works inside the building too. Place a code inside or outside a meeting room so staff can ping facilities or IT the moment they need something - a projector that won't connect, extra chairs, or just someone to check in. The person scanning never needs to install anything or create an account, they just need their phone's camera. Only you, as the code owner, use the Ping-Click app to receive pings on your linked device.

No app for visitors

Anyone with a phone camera can scan and tap - no download, no account, no sign-in screen. That matters at a lobby desk where you can't ask every visitor to install something first.

You know which desk or room pinged

Each Ping-Click code is separate, so if you set one up for reception and another for a meeting room, your notification tells you exactly which one was used.

Free to set up and free to use

Creating a code and receiving pings on it costs nothing. Print as many as you need for different desks, rooms, or entrances.

Couldn't be simpler

  1. Create a Ping-Click code for your reception desk, and a separate one for each meeting room or entrance you want covered.
  2. Print the QR code and place it where people will see it: on the front desk, taped to a meeting room door, or by a side entrance.
  3. Keep the Ping-Click app open on your phone or tablet. When someone scans and taps, you get a real-time push notification telling you which code was used.
